HOW CAN I TRUST YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY?

Services International Ltd. is one of the leaders in the Indian travel and tourism industry and the promoters are in the trade for more than 35 years.
Our office based in Delhi, has a team of over 65 dedicated persons and trusted representatives all over India, Nepal, Tibet, Srilanka& Bhutan. One single contact with us in New Delhi can cover all arrangements in these places.
We are recognized by the Department of Tourism (Govt. of India),are members of IATA, Indian Association of tour operations (IATO) and Travel Agents Associations of India (TAAI) We are operational 24 x 7 throughout the year. We are one of the few agencies who is functional round the clock. We have consultants who speak Spanish and French besides English.

WHY USE AN IATO APPROVED TRAVEL AGENT?

In today’s date, all the information is available on the internet. So why use only an IATO travel agent? The most important reason is security and safety. An IATO approved travel agent is licensed by the Department of Tourism, Government of India. In case of any valid complaint, the license can be cancelled.
In India, there have been too many cases of tourists arriving on their own and cheated by touts at the airport. In some of the cases, the tourists who wished to visit specific hotels were informed by the touts that the hotel was destroyed by a fire and were taken to lower category hotels charging an exorbitant prices. In India, you will find a huge number of touts - known as "fly by night operators" who charge huge prices for very poor services.
Booking with an approved tour operator will ensure your safety and keeps a check on quality of services being offered.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE EXACT TIME OF MY BOOKING

Normally we receive queries 12 Months till 3 months in advance of the date of journey. But in last few years the trend is changing and we do get and cater to many last minutes queries. We suggest always to pre-plan the travel at least 2- 3 months in advance as during high seasons months in India it becomes difficult to get rooms confirmed at hotels which are chosen by the guests. In such cases we have to book alternate hotels of same standard. However any changes in the original program is done with prior intimation and acceptance from the guests.

WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENT ARE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?

Indian Tourist Visa
