Delhi was the capital of Indraprastha and capital of the Pandavas during the Mahabharata. This magnificent city has been inhabited from the 6th century BC and has been a capital of many kingdoms. It has been destroyed and rebuilt many times and is called the "city of cities". Delhi's culture has been influenced by its different rulers and the city is full of beautiful monuments. The Mughal rulers influenced the food habits of the residents and Mughlai cuisine originated here. Due to the proximity of different states, all festivals are celebrated here. Old Delhi is a maze of small lanes and old buildings and New Delhi has large road with huge buildings. Delhi is the capital of India and is the hub for politics.
Your morning tour starts with Old Delhi, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in 1639 AD. You will visit the Raj Ghat where father of our nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. You will be visiting the museum that was built to commemorate him. You will be driven past the iconic Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, a very popular and a busy market in Old Delhi to the next stop - Jama Masjid, one of the iconic, historic and largest mosques in India - built by Shah Jahan. A rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk could be quite interesting as this part of the city is quite crowded as it is full of shops. These numerous shops sell delicious mouth-watering food, clothes, jewels, household goods, etc. and are virtually a shopper's paradise.
In the afternoon, you will visit Qutub Minar, touted as India's largest Minaret. Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built in 1192 by Turk ruler Qutub-Ud-Din Aibak. You will then move forward to Humayun's tomb, yet another UNESCO world heritage site. Your next stop is India Gate, built in memory of the Unknown Soldier. You will be driven past the Parliament House, President's House and other Government Secretarial Buildings, to your final destination will be at Lakshminarayan Temple, a temple dedicated to Lakshmi and Lord Narayana. This morning you will be transferred to Agra by road. Agra is a major tourist destination of India and a part of the Golden Triangle Circuit along with Delhi and Jaipur. Agra also known as Akbarabad went through its peak during the time of Mughals and was the capital of under the Mughal rulers Akbar, Jahangir and Shahjehan. In the afternoon visit of Agra, you will be taken to Taj Mahal, one of the wonders of the world. This beautiful building is elegantly built with white marble by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between the years 1631 to 1648 and it was built in the memory of his favorite beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Standing majestically on banks of Yamuna River, this breathtaking, immensely beautiful monument is synonymous to romance and love.
Your next stop Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known for its architectural structure and was built in the 16th century during the Mughal Empire. This place comprises of several fairy-tale palaces like Khas Mahal and Jahangir Palace. Over here you will also get a chance to see Diwan-e-Aam and Diwan-e-Khas, which are also known as private audience hall and public audience hall. Afternoon can be spent visiting more places of interest or shopping. Agra is famous for inlaid marble work and handicrafts made of marble, wood and metal. This morning, you will be transferred from Agra to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri, built in the 16th century by Emperor Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri holds exceptional testimony to Mughal civilization and is one of the well-known UNESCO World heritage site of India and has various historical monuments. You will visit the Jama Masjid, followed by the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the five storied Panch Mahal and Buland Darwaza a graceful monument and stupendous piece of beautiful architectures. It is central portico with a total of three arched entrances and is locally known as Horseshoe gate. You will visit the other graceful buildings of this place such as Ibadat Khana, Mariam-uz-Zamani's palace, Naubat Khana and Birbal's house.
After the visit of Fatehpur Sikri, you will drive to Jaipur. Jaipur, also known as the pink city is the capital of Rajasthan. Many captivating palaces are present here having breathtaking design and architecture. In the 18th century Prince of Wales had visited Jaipur and the entire city was painted in pink color and due to these pink buildings the city is known as the pink city. Origin of Jaipur lie 260 year back. It was built by Maharaja Jai Singh and Jaipur got its name from this king. On reaching Jaipur, you will check-in to your hotel. Afternoon is at leisure. This day, you will start your journey from Amer Palace the spectacular monument showcasing the perfect blend of Hindu and Rajput style of architecture. The construction style of Amer Palace is a beautiful fusion of Hindu and Muslim style of ornamentation built in red sandstone. It speaks for the ancient architecture style of India and does showcase the grandeur of that era in terms of construction.
Amer Fort used to the ancient capital of Jaipur and is divided into four sections with a courtyard each. Surajpol (the sun gate) is the main entrance remarkably noted for its mesmerizing artwork in terms of architecture. There is another gate called the Ganesh Gate where the temple of Goddess Sila Devi is located. Pushkar is famous for camel fair where thousands of cattle are traded, especially camels as the most prominent attraction. This fair is held during the months of October and November, so try to schedule your trip around those months.

You day begins early as you start your journey on road from Pushkar to Osian. The place is a natural oasis situated right in the heart of the Thar Desert, surrounded by mesmerizingly glittery golden sand dunes and hamlets.

You move forward in your journey and your next stop is Jaisalmer, the Golden City of India, located in the lap of the Thar Desert. This day is exclusively spent by exploring Jaisalmer. You start your day trip with Jaisalmer Fort which holds the records of being the oldest living fort of the world. Also known as the Sonar Quila or the Golden Fort, it is the yellow sandstone that gives the golden yellow hue that shines like gold under sun.
The Golden Fort was built with a blend of Indian architecture and military designs ornamented with wooden carvings that help in enhancing the glory of the fort. The Tazia Tower at the top of the fort completes the imperialism.
Up next are some havelis, mostly built in yellow sandstone. Salim Ji Ki Haveli is one of the major attractions, with some of the most exquisitely carved pillars adorned in intricate work of gold and silver. It used to be the residence for Mohta family for several decades, and still witnesses for the enigmatic glory it used to hold in those days.
Patwon ki Haveli is the next destination famous for its elite architecture reflecting of ancient touch.

Start your journey to Jodhpur, also known as the Blue City or the Sun City. It is the second largest city of Rajasthan and used to be the former capital of Marwar kingdom. Jodhpur was established in 1459 and got its name from its founder Rao Jodha. It used to be a popular trading centre of copper, silk, opium, and was a major route between Delhi and Gujarat.
Jodhpur holds its importance as a favourite for grand weddings and movie shootings. Several Hindu festivals like Gangaur, Teej and Nag Panchami, and fairs are also celebrated with much pomp and show.
Up next is the Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur. Known for its menacing thick walls with expansive courtyards and beautiful carvings throughout, the fort stands out as an architectural marvel. Moti Mahal, built by Raja Sur Singh, is also in the cards. Up next is the Phool Mahal built by Maharaja Abhai Singh, which is believed to be one of the most elegant constructions established as the private chamber of pleasure for the royal family. The other places to visit are Jaswant Thada, Umaid Public Gardens and many more.
Once you are done with these places in Jodhpur, you will be driven to Luni by road. Stay in Luni overnight.

Start off for the day to Udaipur. On the way, at around 98 km from Udaipur, you will pause at Ranakpur to explore the Jain Temples. Most of these temples are made of marble. These temples consist of more than 20 halls with almost 1444 pillars and among them, the most prominent one is Chaumukha Temple of Ranakpur. The temple is dedicated to the first Tirthankara, Adinath Ji. The other famous temples are Surya Temple and the Jain Temple.

This day is dedicated to city sightseeing in the serene ambience of Udaipur. Nestled in the wooded Aravalli Hills besides the glistering Lake Pichola, Udaipur has a lot to offer. There are several majestic palaces, ancient havelis, temples, all lined up in the mystical crooked and narrow streets that take back to the bygone era once ruled with the ultimate royal dignity. These streets recall the natural charms of the city.
You will be taken to Jagdish Temple that was constructed by Maharana Jagat Singh, and proceed further to places like Fatehsagar Lake built by Maharana Fateh Singh and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, one of the famous museums in Udaipur. To end the day trip, you will be visiting Saheliyon Ki Bari.
Rest of the day is at your leisure take a boat ride at the Lake Pichola or visit the nearby places or try the local delicacies in the hotels near the lake.
