Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport Meet, assist and transfer to Meditation centre.
The centre can accommodate up to 50 mediators at a time. Accommodation, vegetarian meals and other services will be provided, the centre being funded by donation. Mediators must dress in white throughout their stay. It is recommended that mediators undergo an initial training period at the centre. Tuition continues throughout the year, but as the centre can be full at times (particularly around poya days) it is wise to telephone ahead. And also mediators are require to undergo the all rules & regulation of the Meditation centre. Overnight at Meditation Centre.

Breakfast at the centre, check out on time later group will transfer to Adam's Peak (sripada).
Though not the highest mountain of Sri Lanka, the striking pyramid of Adam's Peak (7,360 ft) is certainly the most remarkable. A depression in the rocky summit resembles a huge footprint, which has been venerated as a sacred sigh from remote antiquity. This was identified by Buddhists as the Buddha's footprint, by Hindus as that of Shiva, and by Muslims as Adam's.
Evening- leisure time at the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay in Adams Peak.
Breakfast at the hotel; take a leave for Sri Pada(scheduled at 3.am) to pay adoration to most sacred Buddhas Foot Print Herbal drinks will be served at the top of the Sri Pada. The experience tour escorts will follow the group (Guests are required to bring suitable rain coat, an umbrella and torch).
Dinner & Overnight stay in Adams Peak.
Breakfast at the hotel ,check out on time later group will directly transfer to kandy. Kandy a lovely city, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings retains an aura of grandeur, which time has not affected. Encircled by hills, with a tranquil lake in its center, it is the site of the renowned "Temple of the Tooth" and the Royal Botanical gardens home to one of the best collections of Orchids. Kandy and its satellite villages is the centre of the islands handicraft industry and its traditional dances are the most spectacular in the country.Evening- visit international Buddhist Book shop and handy craft centre.
Dinner & Overnight stay in Kandy.
Colombo - Air port Early morning (5.00A.m) group will participate drinking pooja at most Sacred tooth relic of lord Buddha at sri dalada maligawa Around 6.00 A.m group will partake to Buddha Pooja. Break fast at the hotel and transfer to Air port.
